Volumetric moduleFinishes travel inside a box. Check module dimensions against the road and the crane. Interior photos are not the specification.
Panelized houseWall, floor, and roof cassettes may ship dense. Ask who sets them, who weathers them in, and which connections are in the package.
Folding unitSetup is a sequence: unfold, level, connect, and seal. The transport envelope and the opened plan both belong on the sheet.
Steel framePrimary frame, secondary framing, purlin, and girt are specified with eave height, bay spacing, and clear span. Cladding can be a later line.

DocumentsRequest calculations, shop drawings, and material specs for the quoted system. ASCE 7 or another load basis should be the one the project team named.

Document groups to request, not files we host

Loads and materials
  • Design live load, design dead load, wind, snow, and seismic notes.
  • Steel grade, coating, and whether members are hot-rolled or cold-formed.
  • Wall and roof assembly with a stated thermal transmittance if energy rules apply.
Quality notes to verify
  • Weld or fabrication notes, and whether AWS D1.1 is the stated reference.
  • Any IAS AC472 or ISO 9001 document, tied to the plant that would build this order.
  • Fire-resistance rating only if a tested assembly is actually included.
Commercial attachments
  • Inclusion and exclusion list aligned to shell, delivered, installed, or turnkey.
  • Freight basis, currency, and per-unit or whole-order price split.
  • Warranty text and the change path if quantity or destination moves.
