This policy describes how GridAxis Sourcing handles information submitted through the inquiry desk. It is not a promise of a particular hosting vendor, and it does not publish a street address or a telephone number because none is offered on this website.
The form asks for name, work email, phone, company, and a procurement requirement. With JavaScript enabled, optional fields can capture product interest, a target budget, currency, a per-unit or whole-order basis, and a supplier preference. Those optional notes are added to the requirement at submit time. They are not stored as separate backend fields by this template, and they are not written back into the box you typed.
The desk uses the brief to understand the building you want compared and, when the brief is specific enough, to ask factories for quotations on that scope. Work email is used to reply. Phone is used only if you provided one and a reply by phone is appropriate. The requirement may include project location, loads, quantity, destination, and timing because those facts are needed for a comparable quote.
The site does not ask you to upload drawings through this form. If a supplier later needs a file, that exchange is arranged outside this page and should be described in the message. The site does not ask for payment card data. A budget figure is a planning note, not a payment.
A brief may be shared with factories or coordinators who need it to prepare a quotation on the stated scope. It is not sold as a marketing list. Public-company questions, merger phrases, and brand news topics that visitors sometimes type are not treated as personal data about those companies, and they are not published back as news articles by this desk.
Inquiry records are kept long enough to answer the request, compare replies, and meet ordinary business record needs. You may ask, through the same form, what requirement text we still hold for your company and whether a superseded brief can be marked closed. A request that omits the work email used on the original brief may not be matchable.
The sourcing-benefit notice stores the time it was first shown in local storage so the notice can stop after its display window. Closing the ticker uses session storage for that browser session. That storage is not the procurement brief. It does not contain your building specification.
Privacy questions go through the contact form. Write that the message is a privacy request so it is separated from a request for factory quotations.
QUALIFIED BUSINESS BUYERS
A coordinator can ask factories for quotations after the building requirement is written down.
Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.
